Terms and Conditions for VIP Membership

Welcome to FRESHE NOVA WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTOR LLC. By signing up for theVIP Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Fee

   • The VIP  Membership fee is $49.99, payable upon registration.

   • This fee grants you access to all benefits offered by FRESHE NOVA WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTOR LLC for the duration of the 2025 calendar year.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

   • The membership fee is strictly non-refundable. Once paid, it cannot be returned or reimbursed under any circumstances.

3. Membership Benefits

   • As an VIP Member, you will enjoy exclusive access to all benefits provided by the company during 2025.

   • We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the benefits offered. If you have any concerns, our support team is available to assist you.

4. Membership Term

   • Membership is valid from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.

   • Renewal for subsequent years will require a new membership fee to be paid.

5. Eligibility and Use

   • Membership is personal and non-transferable.

   • Benefits may not be shared with non-members.

6. Changes to Benefits

   • FRESHE NOVA WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTOR LLC reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue any benefits at its sole discretion. Members will be notified of significant changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

   • FRESHE NOVA WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTOR LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use membership benefits.
